🍎✨ Teacher Appreciation Day at the Evansville Museum! ✨🍎

Attention, all teachers and homeschool parents! This summer, the Evansville Museum of Arts, History & Science will be offering a Teacher Appreciation Day with free admission for educators and their families.

Teacher Appreciation Day will be taking place on Thursday June 4, 2026 from 11 am to 5 pm. All public, private, and homeschool educators of all grade levels from Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois are invited to attend.

Along with free admission, Teacher Appreciation Day includes a free show in the Koch Immersive Theater & Planetarium (first come, first served - while supplies last).

Teacher Appreciation Day Show Schedule:

12 pm - Perfect Little Planet - Great for 2nd and 3rd graders learning about the solar system!

1 pm - Sea Monsters - Learn about prehistoric sea creatures and fossils during this show recommended for 4th - 7th grade.

3 pm - Forward to the Moon - Learn about NASA's current Artemis missions to the Moon! Recommended for 4th & 5th grade.

In addition, museum staff will be available to talk about tour and program options for future field trips.

Upon arrival, teachers will be asked to show a school ID. Homeschool parents will be asked a few verifying questions. RSVPs are not required to attend Teacher Appreciation Day.
