Monthly auto-renewal options are now available for the Student, Basic, Patron and Donor Level Memberships. Enrollment requires a 12-month commitment, spreading membership dues throughout the year. Sustaining memberships support the mission of the Evansville Museum while ensuring a steady, reliable income source.
Members also now have the option to enroll in the auto renewal program. Enrollment confirms membership will be automatically deducted on an annual basis, ensuring that there is never a lapse in coverage. This option simplifies yearly enrollment, while saving the Museum time and resources.

FAQ
What is the Auto-Renewal Program?
The Auto-Renewal Program ensures that your support of the Evansville Museum is ongoing. You can enroll in Auto-Renewal by contacting the Membership Office, or by selecting the option to enroll when joining or renewing online. We have two options for Auto-Renewal. We offer annual or monthly auto-renewal. For monthly auto-renewal, a minimum of a 12-month commitment, and opt-in to auto-renewal is required.
Note, for monthly auto-renewal, if you cancel before the full 12 months you will automatically be charged the balance of the annual membership.
In order to cancel your monthly or annual auto-renewal, you must contact the membership office at 812-425-2406 ext. 231.
What is the membership refund policy?
Membership contributions are not refundable or transferable.
How long is my membership valid?
Until the end of the month one year from date of purchase.
Do I have to wait until my current membership expires in order to renew?
You can renew anytime before your membership expires. It will extend your membership’s expiration date by a year.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
You can purchase a gift membership over the phone at 812-425-2406 ext. 231 or in person at the front desk during opening hours. We also offer the option to purchase online but note that the Membership Associate will contact you within 2-3 business days for information on the gift receiver.
Can I update my contact information (address, email, or phone number) online?
Currently we are unable to accommodate contact information updates through our website. Please send an email to membership@emuseum.org with your information you would like to update, or call us at 812-425-2406 ext. 231.
Do you offer student memberships?
Students attending full-time at any college or university can join for $40 annually or $4.50 monthly. A valid student ID is required to qualify for this membership level.
What are other ways to support the Evansville Museum?
The Annual Appeal supports the Evansville Museum and its general operating expenses. Annual Appeal donations are considered fully tax-deductible. Please click here to donate online.
