Immediately following the breaking of the champagne bottle on the bow of an LST, the Shipyard Band played, led by Fred Van Miller, the Navy's official song, Anchors Aweigh.

This photograph was taken at the launching of LST 160. This was the fourth ship launched from the Evansville Shipyard.
